BeforeAfterSee what your kitchencould be.
Luxury kitchen, bath, and whole-home remodeling in Austin, Texas.
01What We Build
Five things, done properly.
Whatever the room, the promise is the same: a fixed written price, one crew, and the owner on your job from the first walkthrough to the last coat of paint.
02Selected Work
Real jobs, real photos.
03Our Process
No surprises. That is the whole idea.
Remodeling has a reputation. Vanishing contractors, drifting budgets, jobs that never quite end. Ours is built to be the opposite, and it starts before you sign anything.
Call
Tell us what you are hoping to do. Ten minutes with the owner, not a call center.
In-Home Walkthrough
We walk the house together, measure, and talk honestly about what is possible.
Fixed Scope & Estimate
A written scope with a fixed price. What it says is what you pay.
Build, Owner On-Site
One crew, a real schedule, and the owner on your job until the final clean-up.
04The Builder
Twenty-three years of Midwest houses. Two sons in Austin.

The builder behind Guello Construction was a general contractor and custom home builder in Chicagoland and the Quad Cities for twenty-three years, where winters are hard on houses and word of mouth is the only marketing that works.
Both of his sons moved to Austin for tech jobs, so he is moving too. Every estimate is written by the person who will build the job, and every job gets his full attention, because right now there is only ever one at the front of the line.
Meet the Builder
We build it like it’s our own house. Then we clean up like we were never there.
05Free Estimate
Tell us about the house.
You have lived with it long enough. A short form, a phone call, then a walkthrough at your place if it is a fit. The estimate is free, and the price is fixed before any work starts.

06Questions
Asked before. Answered straight.
Yes, fully. Texas does not issue a state license for residential general contractors, so what actually protects you is insurance, permits pulled properly, and a builder who stands behind the work. We carry all three, and insurance certificates are available before you sign anything. Ask and we will send them the same day.
We do. Kitchen and bath remodels that move plumbing, gas, or structure need City of Austin permits, and additions always do. We handle the drawings, the submittal, and every inspection. You never stand in line at the permit office.
A full kitchen remodel typically runs 6 to 10 weeks of construction once materials are on hand. Custom cabinetry adds lead time up front, usually 8 to 12 weeks, so we order early and demo only when everything is staged. We give you a written schedule before we start and tell you the same day if anything moves it.
A full gut-and-rebuild of a primary bath usually takes 4 to 6 weeks. A hall bath runs shorter. Tile work is the long pole, and we do not rush it. Rushed tile is the first thing that fails in a bathroom.
A fixed scope gets a fixed price, paid in stages tied to completed work. A deposit reserves your start date and covers early material orders, then draws follow milestones like rough-in, drywall, and cabinets set. You never pay ahead of the work, and the final payment comes after your walkthrough.
Yes. Our workmanship is covered by a written warranty, and manufacturer warranties on fixtures, appliances, and materials pass to you. If something we built is not right, we come back and make it right.
The owner. The person who walks your home and writes your estimate is the same person running your job site. You get his cell number, and questions get answered the same day, not routed through a project coordinator you have never met.
Almost always, yes. We contain the work area with sealed dust barriers, protect your floors, and keep a working kitchen or bath available whenever the layout allows. Crews show up on schedule, and the site gets cleaned up every single day. Whole-home remodels are the exception, and we will tell you honestly if moving out for a stretch will save you money and misery.
Changes happen, and they are fine. Every change gets written up with its exact cost and schedule impact before any new work starts. You approve it in writing or we keep building to the original scope. No surprise invoices at the end. That is a promise.
07Where We Work
Austin, the Hill Country, and the cities around it.
Every neighborhood and city has its own page, because a 1940s Tarrytown cottage and a 2008 Round Rock two-story do not need the same remodel.
